Irina S. Shea, Attorney at Law, LLC

Irina S. Shea has been a Trusts & Estates attorney since 1995. She began her practice at the New York City law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where her principal practice area was estate planning.  She then moved to the JP Morgan Private Bank as a trust officer. From there, Ms. Shea entered private practice with a focus on elder law, estate planning, and estate administration.

She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, has offices in Ramsey, NJ and Manhattan, is a member of NAELA (The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys) and is a certified mediator.

Irina is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Georgetown University School of Business in Washington DC


Dr Cho -Image 7Sung Hee Cho, DDS, MD
Riverside Oral Surgery

Dr. Sung Hee Cho is a dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon – trained and licensed as both a dentist and a medical doctor – and has specialized education and experience in managing oral cavity cancers and performing microvascular reconstructive surgery.

After graduating from Seattle University and serving in the United States Marine Corps, Dr. Cho earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine, where he served as Student Body President and co-editor of the student research publication. He then entered the Emory University School of Medicine, where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, completed an Internship in General Surgery, a Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery under the guidance of the internationally renowned Steven Roser, DMD, MD, and an American Head and Neck Society-accredited Oncologic and Microvascular Surgical Fellowship in the Department of Otolaryngology. Dr. Cho also has a special interest in salivary gland pathology.

Dr. Cho’s extensive training enables him to manage benign and malignant conditions of the head and neck, complex craniomaxillo facial trauma, reconstructive procedures, the care of critically ill patients, and all other aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His superb skills are matched by his commitment to the Riverside Oral Surgery philosophy of assuring the optimal patient experience by providing uncompromised care in an unparalleled setting.

Immediately upon completing his Fellowship at Emory, Dr. Cho, his wife, and their three sons re-located to Bergen County so that Dr. Cho could join Riverside Oral Surgery.

Yair Kissin, M.D. is board-certified Sports Medicine and Joint Reconstruction Specialist, with a specific interest in conditions of the knee. He earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel where he is currently on the admissions committee.

Dr. Kissin completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Albert Einstein-Montefiore Medical Center in Brox, New York, and completed a sports medicine and joint replacement fellowship at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute.

Dr. Kissin’s practice is located at Hackensack University Medical Center of NJ where he specializes on conditions of the knee joint and replacement, sports medicine, and trauma/fracture surgery.

He is the recipient of the Health Grades Award in Joint Replacement Surgery, and is currently involved in clinical research. He lectures at National and International meeting and has published articles and book chapters on Orthopaedic Surgery. He speaks fluent Hebrew and Russian.

Dr. Yair Kissin’s practice strives to meet patients’ individual needs through comprehensive evaluation and treatment designed to help achieve a pain-free lifestyle.

Linda Cross is currently employed with the Division of Senior Services for the Bergen County – Education and Outreach Services. She is State certified ADRC access specialist, and SHIP (State Health Insurance Program) Medicare counselor. She is also coordinator of the Bergen County SHIP program.

As coordinator, Linda is also responsible for the Division’s Speakers’ Bureau, Education & Outreach Committee, and the Caregivers Coalition of Bergen County. Ms. Cross provides counseling and outreach, presentations and trainings by request, and Liaison between Bergen County Division of Senior Services and referral agencies, i.e., area hospitals, churches, senior housing, assisted living and nursing home facilities, etc; along with activity centers throughout Bergen County.

Previously Linda was the Assistant Director of the Southwest Health and Senior Activity Center in East Rutherford, where she was responsible for promoting a variety of social, recreational and educational activities for senior center participants. Past experience include event planning and sales.

Linda completed the Gerontology Certificate Program at Rutgers University, School of Social Work Continuing Education and Professional Development Program, 2003. She was awarded Counselor of the Year, a Certificate of Commendation on behalf of The National Association of Social Workers, March 2002.


Jacqueline Hollywood, M.D. F.A.C.C.

Dr. Jacqueline Hollywood is board-certified in Cardiology; Nuclear Cardiology and Chocardiography. She specializes in Women’s Health and Preventive Cardiology, and is a leader of the Women’s Cardiac Center at the Heart and Vascular Hospital of Hackensack University Medical Center. With over 25 years of medical experience she began her career as a Registered Nurse.

Dr. Hollywood’s practice is at The Advanced Cardiology Institute Division of Hackensack UMC. She is also a clinical instructor for Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Dr. Hollywood was named Top Doctor’s by Castle Connolly in 2014, and one of America’s Top Cardiologists from 2008 through 2014 by the Consumer’s Research Council of America.

Jacqueline is a spokesperson for the American Heart Association and is very active in the “Go Red for Women Campaign”. She did her training at Cornell Medical Center-New York Presbyterian Hospital.

She lives in Tenafly, NJ with her husband and their two daughters.

Kathy attended Slippery Rock University, Slipper Rock, PA and Duff’s Business School in Pittsburg, PA. She is a long-standing member of the Corporation for Long Term Care Planning.

Before joining New York Life (NYL), Kathy was a LTC Consultant for Mass Mutual and the Associate Brokerage Director for the Northeast Region. She then joined John Hancock where she worked with Investment Advisors across the state of PA.

In 2008 Kathy received the Consultant Achievement Award. 2004 – 2005 – 2006 she received the Mass Mutual Elite Achievement Award and became a member of the Long term Care (LTC) Specialist Round Table.

Kathy’s passion for her career is due in part to her experience with her own parents and the frustration with dealing with the “System” and watching on what the lack of planning can do to a family and the “well” thought out retirement plan.

Charlie Carr is a senior executive experienced in all aspects of marketing and distribution of financial services. Before joining New York Life, Mr. Carr had his own speaking and consulting firm.

Previously, Mr. Carr served as the National Sales Manager for Keystone Investments in Boston. He also spent ten years as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Delaware Management Company.

He is a former member of the Sales Force Marketing Committee of the Investment Company Institute and past director of the Mutual Fund Forum.

Charlie is a graduate of Temple University and holds his NASD Series 6, 7, 28, 63, and 65 licenses.

Lisa Tank, M.D., obtained her medical degree at Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, India. She complete her residency in Internal Medicine at New York Methodist in Brooklyn and her Fellowship in Geriatrics at Hackensack UMC. – In 2002 Dr. Tank became the “Chief of the Division of Geriatrics”, and Program Director of the Geriatrics Fellowship Program.

Dr. Tank serves on numerous committees at the medical center, and is currently the Treasurer of the Hackensack Physician Alliance and past Member-at-Large of the Medical Executive Committee. She is also involved in yearly on-going research projects in the field of geriatrics and has been working on the integration of geriatrics throughout the hospital with other specialties.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, she belongs to various professional societies including the American Geriatrics Society, American Medical Directors Association, Association of Directors of Geriatric Academic Programs, and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Tank is also an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School.
